icefur dropped a rabbit and a mouse onto the fresh kill pile and got herself a rabbit. she had just returned from hunting, and she was totally starved. icefur then padded off towards the warrior's den with her meal.

Sandpaw, the new WindClan apprentice, walked over and picked out a rabbit. She wanted to share it with someone, but she hadn't exactly made any friends yet.

Sprypaw, new to the clan, heard a growl. Quickly, he turned arround to see what was behind him. "Nothing? Strange... Wait! There it was again!" he thought. Seconds later he looked down. "Pesky stomach. Alright, lets eat," he thought as he approached the kill-pile. However, he saw a dark sand and orange colored feline sit idly with a rabbit, apparently afraid to eat it. He approached the cute cat, to inquire why she hadn't ate. Was she even hungry? "Hello," he said nonchalantly as he stared into her beautiful blue-hazel orbs.

As Sandpaw Looked into Sprypaw's eyes, she realized how incredibly handsome he looked. "I am going to go for a stroll in the meadow, would you like to join me?"

Sandpaw's voice was subtle, and flowed like a spring breeze. He rather enjoyed it. He was also pretty suprised she had already heard of him. "Yes, actually I am. I don't have a mentor yet, but Im looking. Im suprised you've heard of me," he questioned with a sparkle in his eyes. "Sure, I will go for a stroll, it sounds fun!" he said with excitement as he dashed toward the meadow, "last one there is a spoiled rabbit!" The she-cat had made him forget about his growling stomach. It was now filled with butterflies. Does he like this feline? Only time will tell. Nightfrost padded up to the fresh-kill pile, finding only a mouse left. Sighing, he walked over to it and picked it up. 'The whole clan must have already eatten if the pile is that low. I'll have to go and hunt after i eat.' He thought as he layed down and began eatting his mouse. After only a few short bites, he was finished, and he quickly stood up and licked his lips. then, he headed for the entrance to the camp. 'We need fresh-kill he thought.'

Dappleleaf walked over to the fresh-kill pile, carrying the large rabbit she had caught in her mouth. She grinned to herself at the catch she had caught and that Nightfrost had complimented her on. However, as she was about to drop the rabbit, a frown came onto her face. There actually was nothing left of the fresh-kill pile. Hearing her stomach growl loudly, Dapple sat down and put the prey down at her paws. Not wanting to wait any longer to eat, the she-cat took a bite out of the rabbit. She looked up, waiting for Nightfrost to enter camp with the fresh-kill they had both caught. The bird and mouse they had caught could be left to the empty pile for the rest of the clan and Dappleleaf could simply share her rabbit with the tom for it was big enough for two cats to finish.

Nightfrost padded over to the fresh-kill pile the plump mouse, and the large bird hanging from his jaws. He leaned down and placed the two pieces of fresh-kill on the ground, as the hopefull start of another fresh-kill pile. He sliently sat down, and look over at Dappleleaf, who had begun eatting the rabbit she had caught. His mouth watered, as he looked at the prey. He was a little hungary from the hunt, but he didn't want to steal her meal, or take either of the last things in the fresh-kill pile. He sat and waited for her to finish. He didn't want her to be alone...

Noticing that Nightfrost had finally arrived, Dappleleaf rose her head from the rabbit and grinned up at him. "I hope you weren't expecting me to finish all of this."[/b] she said playfully, pushing the rabbit in the center of them both. "Go ahead, I'll share it with you."[/b] the she-cat mewed, flicking her tail at the bitten rabbit.

Nightfrost smiled thankfully at the she-cat, and he bent down and took a bite out of the rabbit. Once he had chewed and swallowed it, he looked up at Dappleleaf. "Thank you." he mewed happily. she had seemed to not like him earlier, but now she didn't seem to mind that he was around. He waited for her to take another bite, untill he took another one. Strangly, he seemed more excited to be sharring a meal with this beautiful she cat, than to be eating at all.

Dapple purred contently, bending down again to take another bite. "Ha, not a problem. Aren't I such a great hunter?"[/b] she joked, raising her head up high playfully. The calico licked her lips and chuckled to herself quietly. The two of them continued sharing their rabbit and after sometime, Dappleleaf realized that Flowerheart was still waiting for them. "Ah, we'd better hurry up here. Flowerheart is waiting for us, remember?"[/b] she said, glancing over at Nightfrost.

Nightfrost smiled as he nodded at the she cat. "Indeed you are." he laughed, as he took another bite from the rabbit. As he heard Dappleleafs words, he slowly nodded. "right. We don't want to keep her waiting." he purred as he swallowed his meat. He bent down once more, and took another mouthful of the rabbit. While he was bent over the thing, he glanced up at Dappleleaf, through the corner of his eye. As he sat up straight again, chewing, he looked forward as well, this time, smiling with relife that he had actually made a friend.

Dappleleaf took one last huge bite and gulped the rest of the rabbit down. She chewed at it for a moment then rose to her paws, licking the last of the rabbit from her mouth. Standing up, she turned to Nightfrost. "Alright, let's go then."[/b] she said, taking a few steps toward the warrior's den. Dappleleaf padded away, disappearing inside the den.

((sorry....I've been gone for so long!!! AH!!! i hate being grounded...what to do, what to do!! o.0))
Nightfrost stood up after the rabbit was completely gone. Slowly, he began to dig a hole, and soon, the had burried the remains of the prey. As he looked back up, he could see dappleleaf, as she disappeard into he warriors den. He found himself, smiling in her direction, and unable to move. 'It's so amazing....after all this time, I'm finally making....friends...' he thought happily, still standing in the same spot. Finally, after some time, he realized that the she-cat would probably be waiting for him there. 'I almost for got to go with her....it must be because this is so unusual for me.' thought, with a laugh. Slowly, he approached the wariors den, knowing she would be inside...
