Thirty years have passed since the mysterious trainer vanquished, the fading echoes of a crime syndicate known as Team Rocket. The region of Johto has changed drastically as time has passed, some cities expanding and some fading away. All seems well, the region is bustling, new trainers coming and going every day...
but...
Dark rumors are beginning to rise up. That Team Rocket is rising once more, and with a vengeance. Strange Poke'mon that look almost as if they've been mashed together like horrible Frankenstein's are whispered about. And there is an even more terrible rumor...a rumor that the legendary Poke'mon themselves may be in danger...
Are the rumors true? Or are they just that, rumors, and nothing more...
