In the lone city of Cliff Drop, a small group of teenagers have grouped together as a gang. A friendly gang. But then another gang came together and turned hostile against them. At first they went easy on the enemy gang. But then the hostilities grew after a long fight in front of the police station. Shots were fired and both sides had casualties. The gang disbanded soon after and forgot about each other.
Now, twenty years later, the gang is at it again, only this time it is the children of the original gang, and a few that are strangers to the gang. The new leader, Lightning, has led them to victory once all ready, but the gang needs to grow more before they can strike again.
