Name:[/i]he exclaimed, pouting as he ripped himself free of his older brother’s grasp.[/i] “Stop doing that will you?”
Dustcloud
Gender:
Tom
Clan:
ShadowClan
Position:
Warrior
-------
Appearance
::Color::
Dustcloud is a tom with short, dark brown fur and wide blue eyes. Contrasting the dark of his face so drastically, Dustcloud’s eyes are penetrating and intense, giving his gaze a breath taking quality. His whiskers are white and long, with some of them even a bit curly at the ends. Dustcloud’s claws are also white, clearly visible due to his brown paws.
::Figure::
Dustcloud is lean and willowy, with long, powerful legs and a winding tail. The tom’s body is built for speed, seemingly created for hunting alone. This can be deceiving though, for when is comes to fighting Dustcloud is wicked, taking out paw-fulls of his enemy’s fur with his long claws. Despite his thin frame, Dustcloud is equipped with a huge mouth filled with dozens of scissor-like teeth.
Personality
::Friends & Family::
Dustcloud is an extremely social cat, willing to reach out and talk to even the most shy of his kind. Because he makes friends rather easily, Dustcloud is almost never alone, always accompanied by at least another one of his Clan mates. When it comes to family, Dustcloud was extremely protective of his brother and sister, Shadekit & Winterkit, always making sure that they are comfortable and safe within the Clan. Dustcloud felt obligated to do so since he was the oldest of the three, having to protect his younger siblings from the dangers of life in the wild. He was also very attached to his parents, Frostleaf and Spiritheart, always asking them if he can come with them on patrol. But because his parents were both originally from ThunderClan, Dustcloud can be extremely sensitive to any comments about where his blood ties to.
::On Love::
Dustcloud is not one for trying to constantly impress she-cats, but that is not to say that he still on the look out for a good mate. Since he is usually occupied with some sort of activity, Dustcloud is usually blind to such things about she-cats, more apt to taking a solo patrol than taking a stroll near Fourtrees by moonlight with a lady friend.
::In Battle::
As said, Dustcloud is extremely violent in battle, especially when a lot is at stake. He will not kill another cat without reason, and usually refrains from shooting insults at his enemies during a fight, finding it ridiculous and far too distracting.
::With Other Clans::
When he is not in battle, or staring down an enemy at a territory stand off, Dustcloud is every friendly towards the cats of other Clans. The tom is always thirsting to attend the monthly Gathering, usually wanting to see his friends, and catch up with the rumors of the forest.
History
As stated earlier, Dustclouds’s parents were both originally of ThunderClan before they left to join the marsh dwelling cats of ShadowClan. It was as one of them that he was born, though not inside their camp. Instead, along with his brother and sister, Dustcloud was born near the Falls, catching his mother Frostleaf off guard as she went for a walk with her mate, Spiritheart; who is Dustcloud’s father. Under the surprisingly protective eye of the rogue Tobias, a friend of ShadowClan, and his young parents, Dustcloud was brought into the world just as dazed as any other new born kit. Back at camp, life for Dustcloud, then Dustkit, was exciting, with the ever-present temptation to slip out of camp when no one was watching. Dustcloud's mentor was Inkheart, a senior warrior with a black and white pelt. The brown tom was then made into a warrior during the first moons of Hawkstar leading ShadowClan after Icestar's death and the rogue attack on their camp.
I.C.
Dustkit peered from the fronds of the ferns above him, his pale eyes narrowing as he took one step out from beneath his cover. Nearby, his younger brother Shadekit lounged in the sun, occasionally stretching his dark legs as he slumbered. Dropping into a crouch, Dustkit slunk forward into the light, keeping his eyes fixed on his target. He then pounced gently onto his brother, causing him to get up with a wild mew of surprise. “Hey!”
Dustkit grinned. “Never,” he mewed in a mock growl. He then leaped again, making sure that this time his brother didn’t have a chance...
