official adoption thread

To save everyone confusion on what thread is someone hoping to adopt a character out, I have decided it'd be spiffy to make an official adoption thread.

The point of this thread is to make it easier to give away characters you don't want, without the necessity of killing them or having to change a plot because nobody will adopt them.

You can PM me a character you wish to add to the list, or post here using the following forms:

Clan Character Adopt Out Form:
A character not made yet.

Charcter's Name: Their name, obviously.
Character's Clan: Their Clan, either ThunderClan, RiverClan, ShadowClan or WindClan.
Character's Rank: Their position in their Clan.
Character's Age: How old they are. Please keep in mind this must be in sync with their position.
Appearance: A short description, like a one lined sentence or a little more. However you prefer it.
Personality: Again, a brief description of their personality. Give as much information as you see fit.
History: What they have encountered in their lifetime; something that makes them who they are, or a dark past that haunts them subtly.
Relations: Any relatives? Is this character related to any other characters, whether they are also up for adoption or are active in our IC community?
Picture: A picture of them, this is optional.
Notes: Anything else you'd like to add. Maybe ask anyone interested to PM you?

A character already made with a biography.

Charcter's Name: Their name.
Character's Clan: Their Clan, this information should be easy for you to fill in.
Character's Rank: Their current rank.
Character's Age: Their age, keep it in sync with their Clan position.
Biography Link: The link to their biography. If necessary, fix up the biography so it's easier for the adopter to understand them.
Notes: If you want anyone interested to PM you or not, etc, etc.

I can't find any muse for him what-so-ever, so it's probably better if someone else took care of him, so he isn't just another inactive character.   History: You can make up. He was the mentor to Feathertail, helped her get through her mother's death.
  Relations: Menotr to Feathertail, everything else is open.

  Appearance: Small black and white tom with emerald eyes. small, compact, and scrawny with big ears and a long tail.
  Personality: Rambunctious, curious, adventurous, courageous, tough, playful, trouble maker.
  History: Feathertail found him about a moon ago, he was caught in the river. No one knows where he came from. he smelled of ShadowClan but they denied even having a black and white kit.
  Relations: None that are known of, Feathertail is very close to him and is very protective.
