Reason For Name: His gray and white fur resembles the array of feathers belonging to a heron.

One Sentence Description: Solid snow Bengal with moss green eyes.
Appearance: Heronkit is just as his name suggests, a monochrome heap consisting of gray and white. While most feral cats don’t have specific breeds, or are purebred, for that matter, Heronkit takes on the appearance of a snow Bengal. Beneath his shady spots and stripes is a sallow background, presiding over a solid build. His eyes are a pretty moss green; wishy-washy and fair like watercress. His nose is a pasty pink, with a speck of white, and his ears can only match it; his face is broad, and eyes almond shaped. Coat sleek and shiny, it sparkles like a princess’s room, perhaps? Too young to fight or fend for himself; Heronkits claws are soft and insipid. His tail is long and thick, yet to become strong enough to whip. He is the eldest of the litter, and perchance the strongest.

Personality: Heronkit isn’t one to be bossed around, and he certainly isn’t one to listen. A feisty kit, this bundle of dreary colors is willful and persistent. If he has his eyes set on something, he likes to see it through; even if it’s just winning a play-fight with his sisters. He appears mean and haughty at a first glance, but Heronkit is only confident and doesn’t want to seem weak or helpless. He wants to be just like his father –a brave, loyal warrior of ShadowClan. Secretly loving of his family, Heronkit is quick to their defense, despite his fragile essence; he doesn’t like to cry, but as a kit, he can’t escape fear and despises himself for being afraid to be alone completely.
When talking about the other Clans, he is not supportive in their favor, and believes ignorantly that ShadowClan is the best Clan ever, and that the other Clans are cowardly and spineless, he’s too young to fully appreciate or understand complicated reasons, and will often make up excuses or stories to get himself out of trouble; likewise, Heronkit refuses to grasp the reasons why he can’t become an apprentice yet. A little shady, but he means well.
A sour sport, he won’t drop past complications easy and often deliberates over them until he feels satisfied. If he loses a game, he is likely to complain about ‘cheating’.
Adventurous and daring, Heronkit is certain to attempt to escape camp at some point. While success is unclear, he will encourage his sisters to tag along. He is aware that he’s the oldest of the litter, and automatically assumes that he has authority over Larkkit, Quailkit and their decisions. He is competent, but raw in youth, and therefore naïve. Not very devoted to the warrior code, even as a simple kit; his intuition tells him to be loyal to himself most of all, and that the Warrior code may not always guide a heart to nobility. Determined, lively, and eager, Heronkit can’t wait to become an apprentice of ShadowClan! He wants to be the very best!
