In the beginning, we already know that kittens are oblivious to a lot of things. They register fear, pain, hunger, curiosity, etc; but wouldn't process deep contemplation or really know what they like and don't like until their a bit older and are young adults.
These kits will be no different. I'll provide a basic description for their appearance and personality, but other than that, use common sense.
Kit's Name: gideon
Gender: male
Clan: none, rogue
Appearance: white with gray patches, fair brown eyes. somewhat stocky with broad shoulders. gray jaw, and gray mask.
the rest is up to you.
Personality: gideon is considered the loud one out of the two. unafraid of challenges, he thinks he's just dazzling. somewhat conceited, he's protective of his sister, amethyst. between him and her, he calls her amy. the brute of the two as well, gideon isn't afraid to attack an enemy if he feels threatened, likewise, he may sometimes attack for almost no apparent reason. doesn't take backlash well, and defies cats who try to boss him around.
is mischievous, and very bad at being quiet. is the oldest of him and his sister. would probably follow in his parents footsteps for legacy sake and without regrets.

Gender: female
Clan: none, rogue
Appearance: little white and brown flecked she-cat with pretty slate blue eyes. dainty paws, plume-like chest and tail.

Personality: amethyst differs from her brother greatly; being the youngest and the only girl, amethyst is a devil. she strikes with words, underhandedly. everything she does is for her family's survival. she's an excellent liar, often making most of the strategies or plans that she and her close brother carry out.
she's mommy's angel, you could say. her meek demeanor makes a great bait for suckers; her brother would probably catch said cats from behind, by surprise.

amethyst and gideon are a combo deal. they are close and rp together most of the time. they also trust each other and are both obedient to their parents.
