Rank: Warrior
________________________________________________________________

Previous Names: Cloudkit, Cloudpaw
________________________________________________________________
One Sentence Description: A furry white she-cat with green eyes.
Appearance: Cloudsong has a long, white pelt that is draped around her muscular frame. Her fur is soft and silky to the touch. She is an average sized cat with strong hind legs. Her eyes are a medium green. They almost seem to sparkle and definitely stand out from her white fur. Her eyes are captivating and curious like a young kits'. Cloudsong's gait is dainty and noticeable in a crowd; she does not lift her paws up much and bounces off the ground more than others. However, you will usually find this cat strolling about slowly and taking her time unless called upon or in a rush. She is a fast runner, obviously, and has a sharp sense of smell.

Personality: Cloudsong is a kind, cheerful she-cat. She loves everyone she meets, which can sometimes become a hindrance when faced with an intruder. This she-cat is the least bit shy or modest. She isn't afraid to be herself, although she is quite the handful to be around and often acts upon impulse. Cloudsong is a lazy she-cat. She would rather lie around camp all day, sharing tongues and bathing in the sun. She is also immature and constantly makes jokes and laughs. Call it "playful" if you will.
Not many things scare Cloudsong. She dislikes being in battle and hurting other cats, making her a slightly under-par fighter. Her heart aches for cats in need and will go out of her way to make sure that they are alright, even if this means going against the warrior code. Secretly, Cloudsong holds her own morals above the code of the clans.
Likes: Goofing off, doing nice things for other cats, taking care of kits, exploring, sun bathing, playing.
Dislikes: Working a lot, being taken advantage of, swimming, rudeness, being in battle.

History: Cloudsong grew up in WindClan, born in a one-kit litter of Dewleaf and Eagleclaw. They were an older couple, which is probably the reason Dewleaf had only produced one kit. Cloudkit quickly became the baby of the clan. There were only a few other kits in the nursery and none were her age, so she was often given the most attention by her mother. Cloudkit began to cause trouble due to her boredom, playing with the fresh kill and annoying grumpy elders.
The fluff-ball needed to be watched constantly. She was caught sneaking out of camp on her own at least twice, claiming she was patrolling or exploring (as if the warriors didn't know their own territory). Cloudkit reached six moons old, and was hastily given a mentor. Breezeclaw was a strict head warrior. On the first day of training, he made it clear that he would not tolerate any nonsense or disobedience from Cloudpaw.
"The life of a warrior is not about having fun," Breezeclaw had hissed after dragging Cloudpaw away from her friends' racing game. "If you don't want this, you are not a true warrior. You need to be selfless and work until 100% of your clan is fed and taken care of. Am I making myself clear?" Cloudpaw had nodded, holding his gaze. I'm going to be a warrior, and I'm going to have fun doing it! she thought to herself, daring not to speak it outloud.
Through the words of her mentor had sunken in, Cloudpaw's rambunctiousness toned down. Although it took a lot of training and patience on behalf of Breezeclaw, Cloudpaw was finally awarded her warrior name: Cloudsong. Not only had Breezeclaw taught Cloudsong to be more mature and serious, but Cloudsong changed Breezeclaw in a way. She showed him that it was okay to be happy and show it; that life is not worth anything if you are not having fun.
IC Example: The young she-cat lay on her side in the middle of the camp. Probably not the best way to keep a vigil, but it's not like anyone was attacking anytime soon. Yellow light peeked over the horizon of the moors, smearing across the camp. Cloudsong sat up, glancing around the clearing at the sound of rustling. She began to lick her long white fur back into place, her rough tongue pulling it from the stubborn clumps along her sides. She took a deep breath.
Breezeclaw emerged from the warrior's den. His brown pelt glimmered in the faint glow of the sky as he nodded to Cloudsong and began grooming himself. The sunlight climbed a little higher in the sky, and Cloudsong let it warm up her chilly body.
The old tom padded over to her. "I'm surprised you're awake. You always sleep 'til sun-high like a lazy badger," he teased her quietly. "I guess you had a good mentor."
The white she-cat looked around and then at him, green eyes filling with eagerness. "You can talk," Breezeclaw laughed.
"Okay, wow! I cannot stand that whole not-talking thing. The whole ni-" her fast babbling was interrupted.
"On second thought, be quiet again."
