One Sentence Description: A strong, light brown tabby she-cat with incredible green eyes.
Appearance: Truth is a rather pretty light-tan tabby she-cat. The basic tint of her fur is a tan color, and her tabby marks are exquisitely placed on her body. Almost in a design, they lay on her face in a symmetrical fashion, decorating her eyes beautifully, as well as the rest of her pelt. Her underbelly and chest down to the front of her paws is a pure white. Traces of black faintly outline her rather pink nose, and the marks beneath her eyes are unique in themselves. Above her eyes are marks almost like that of a tiger's, but not quite as intimidating, and they continue to pollute the rest of her body.
The beautiful marks on her body seem to lead up to center stage- her eyes. They frame the green orbs perfectly, and her eyes are often reflective of her fiery passion and curiosity of the world around her. They observe everything, note everything, and they guide her in her most valued skill- seeing cats. Not only their appearance, but personality as well. When those green eyes size you up, you know that there are some gears clicking in her intelligent mind. Whether good or bad, her concentrated face is hard to miss.
Truth is about average-sized, for an apprentice. Her muscles may be a bit keener than other apprentices' are, since she's out fending for herself constantly. Though strong she is, her height and weight are about average, maybe a tiny bit below the normal mark. Hunger is not uncommon to her, and, in leaf-bare especially, her body can become quite deflated and thin.

Personality: Truth's personality is a mystery in itself, even to her. So let's start with the basics. Truth, who is used to being around strangers, is rather hostile when she feels threatened. If she has her guard up, you'd best be ready. Of course, only being at 9 moons as a loner has its disadvantages. Needless to say, she can't bring down a warrior or anyone above the apprentice age. But she's a fighter nonetheless, and she's rarely afraid of other cats. Bravery is a strong suit of hers, as well as hiding.
On her more curious, kit-like side, Truth is very inquisitive. When she feels comfortable in a situation, she allows herself to ask many questions, and they seem to pour out of her. She soon wants to know about everyone and everything, and she won't stop until they're all answered. Though she is an avid battler, she believes that knowing is the true power. Only when she knows that she is safe to speak freely does she ask these questions, though.
Though her name speaks of honesty, Truth is very secretive sometimes. If you want to tell someone a secret, she's the best one for the job. Unless she thinks it will benefit her in some way, she will keep your secret like it's her life. She is not vain, though in her world it's do or die, and she prefers the first option. She was brought up through individual independence, and she serves herself first. Her emotional history can be a blur for her, but she sucks it up and gets over it quickly.
Likes: Truth likes warm, sunny days, but she also likes exploring in the rain, as long as it doesn't rain for too long. She loves nature and all of its wonders, and cats her age who want to play with her, clanless or not, thrill her.
Dislikes: She dislikes the clans most of the time. They get on her nerves often. She also hates the colder months, and monsters irritate her.

History: Though Truth's history is, in retrospect, not that troubling, she prefers not to think about it. It's troubling to her, and she tries to ignore it as best as she can.
Truth's parents, like her, were both loners. Her father was a former kittypet, and he moved into the wild with her mother and Truth, once Truth was born. They were happy for a little while, and they had much trouble conjuring a name for Truth. They never came across one together- it was Truth's mother who came up with it a few moons into Truth's existence (up until that point, they just called her "the kit").
Truth's father, apparently, had been sneaking behind the mother's back. Of course, the mother never expected this, since he took the large and dangerous expense of leaving his twoleg home. She thought that was proof of his love, and it was at the time. But after Truth was born, he began sneaking away in the dead of night to see his other loner, kittypet, and even one warrior she-friends. Needless to say, the mother found out about it. In a furious irony, she named her kit Truth for the pain her mate had cost her. Then she murdered him and abandoned Truth.
Truth discovered this only when her mother told her in their final goodbye. Truth's mother explained to her kit what had happened, granted her a name, and left forever. Truth was devastated, and all alone. She was on the verge of starvation when she finally taught herself to hunt, earning her place in the world as a loner.
IC Example:
Truth sat alone, her brilliant emerald orbs staring down at her own tabby paws. Her soft fur billowed in the gentle breeze as the wind rocked her back and forth, back and forth. The sun was a brilliant beam of light behind her, just setting in its preparation for the night to come. The daily ritual, always performed by the radiance in the sky, fascinated Truth beyond anything else. Not even her curiosity in the ways of the clans moved her more than the beauty of the sun and the sky. The moon as well, but he was a sly coward in comparison to the gorgeous queen of day. A fraud, almost- trying to be as good as her. Ha, what shame! For everyone knew that the sun was far superior.
Truth's own fur was golden in the rays. The tabby marks, usually a shade of brown or tan, illuminated, as if caught on fire by the sun's eminence. She was seated on a large rock overlooking the WindClan camp, and her green gaze shimmered with wonder over the wide fresh air before her. How she longed to run through the grass fields in the last moments of the sun! But her urge to stay was far superior, so she obeyed it, as always. Her incredible emerald eyes swept the area below her, and she felt like a true queen above the clans.
Ah, the clans. How she despised them. Their ways of always sticking together, never independent. Their faith in some myth of StarClan was so naive it sickened her. And yet... she was so often inspired by their ways. The clans attracted her, whether she admitted it or not. Though Truth was certain that she'd never join one, they fascinated her. And they fed her occasionally, when the food she was looking for didn't show. Some may call her a thief, but she was just trying to get by. What was wrong with that? It wasn't fair that they got all the prey, that they had all of the health. She deserved some too, did she not?
The orange brilliance of the sky cast its final glow over the land it so mercifully cherished. Then, with a final trace of promise, it was gone, leaving nothing but the sky of night. To Truth it went in the blink of an eye, and she shuddered under the black abyss. Snaking her way back down the rocks she'd climbed just before sunset, she treaded off into the night to find a good place to stay.
