________________________________________________________________
One Sentence Description: Silvery she-cat with bright golden eyes
Appearance: When you think of sunshine, what do you picture? The relaxing rays of warmth, or the blinding golden color? Sunny, just happens to have both of these things. Granted, not the literal form because that would be dangerous... This petite she-cat embodies the sun in all its brilliant. Not in her pelt, but her eyes. Her large eyes are a honey-like gold, with bright yellow speckles. The rest of her sunny side shows in her movementm her springy gait, her bouncy laugh, her cheery voice. However, the majority of her is definately not a blazing color. Sunshine's coat is a pale silver, a mixture of chrome and grey. Her medium length fur sticks out at messy angles, with funny loops here and there. Her endearingly adorable appearance ends in a long tail that she holds high, though it gently curls towards her head. This feature doesn't really match her short, almost squat build, and only mkes her look more cute. A word she dislikes being called almost as much as she dislikes those ugly squawking ravens that are sometimes spotted harrassing forest-dwellers.

Personality: Quiet and frank, Sunny walks through life with an optimistic attitude. She prefers to watch and listen, than to speak. Even though this little she-cat has many opinions swirling in her head, she rarely voices them. From experience, she's found that it is better to just keep your maw shut. Generous, and kind, she travels with an air of self-confidence that earns her peace and a good reputation. But, unlike many cats she has met this is mostly a facade. She is often nervous, ad flighty, an finds it difficult to stay in one place. She compulsively moves her sleeping area on mostly a daily basis. This might be due to the tragic end of her parents' lives. Nevertheless, Sunny remains a gentle spirit, though rather gullible..
Likes: Flowers, water, plants, long grass, mice, fish, catmint, listening, eating, running
Dislikes: action, violence, pain, cats that don't listen, headstrong creatures, pet names, ravens

History: Born to Swallow and Cloud the loners, Sunshine was originally named Silver, for her coat of course.. She was born and raised in the outskirts of the forest, close to the Twoleg settlement. As she grew older, her parents found her personality to require a new name, and they called her Sunshine from then on. It fit, mostly. The loners moved throughout the area once Sunny was old enough to care for herself, which basicly meant she could walk on her own and wouldn't die if they were two feet away. They taught her the useful skills ofhunting and basic defense. For the first 10 moons of her life this was how everything was. Until that one terrible day. (insert epic and tragic music) She was climbing a tree to get a squireel, when out of nowhere a band of rogues appeared. They ruthlessly slughtered her parents, laughed at the kittty stuck in a tree and walked away. Fun stuff.. Anyways, life went on and once Sunny recovered form a small bit of depression she decided to keep on keeping on. And here she is today!
IC Example: She stared up at the sky, before sweeping her gaze back to the floor of the forest. Purring softly, the she-cat silently admired the pattern of golden speckles on the grass, on her coat. It was as if the sun was touching things, to see how they would light up. The bright rays danced off her fluffy silver coat, making it seem more luminous. Sighing contentedly, Sunshine soaked up a little more enjoyment, before clambering to her paws.
Sunny sighed again, this time with just a hint of regret. It was that time again. When the features of her home began to become familiar, and her scent started to stick. Padding slowly forward she began the routine ritual of leaving. Sweeping her tail across the patch of leaves that had served as her bed, Sunny scattered them throughout the clearing. Their decomposing bodies would soon crumble into the earth, enriching the soil for future use, and her scent would go with it. She liked to think that a part of her was left every time she moving on. Maybe one day she could leave a little bit of herself all over the world.
Smiling at the thought, she strode forward with her usual bouncy tempo. Her aurous eyes danced across the foreground, wondering where her next journey would lead.
(didn't know what to post about.. so not a lot of muse. normally much longer c: )
Mine average post ability, i wasn't sure if it had to be with this kitty... so included both if thats okay.. (this is the opening of a thread from my old place with my main character, Summerpaw)
The thud of her paws on the hardpacked earth barely reaches her own ears, so she knew running wouldn't alert her brother. Another escape attempt from his freakishly controlling clutches was underway, and she was feeling pretty confident. The stupid furball was probably getting ready to go on patrol right now, so she had nothing to worry about. Unless he checked her whereabout before leaving. However, she had cleverly planted her scent to appear as if she was heading to the forest for some hunting. Then, before dashing away she had been sure to jump on a place of weak ice in the shallows of the river.
That might not have been her best idea, especially at the peak of leaf-bare, but at least he couldn't smell her even if he tried his hardest. However, now she was shivering like a trapped mouse. Feeling the rattling of her teethe she decided to change course and dash towards sunningrocks. The pact with Thunderclan had its benefits. Not that it mattered, she could've gone to the golden stones anyways. No one ever caught her. Constantly evading Winterpaw had perfected her sneaking abilities.
Reaching the edges of Riverclan territory, Summerpaw hopped daintily across the stepping stone to Sunningrocks. Her brilliant green eyes flashed happily. Stretching she curled into a tiny body, trying to soak up the weak sunlight that barely peeped through the drab grey clouds. Even though the sun was wimpy today, it lit up her ginger pelt, allwoing the golds and oranges to shine, and slowly dry. Soon the meager light would soak into her frozen body and she could relax a little.
Sighing peacefully she thought of the reprimanding face of her brother when he realized she was gone. Giggling softly to herself, she imagined his grumpy words. "You're a young lady now Summerpaw, not some fluffy kitten, some stray rogue could've caught up with you blah blah blah blah angry blah." As if she ever cared. At that point she normally tuned out and nodded meekly, pretending to listen. He was so annoying, no one would dare come into the Forest, even if they were suffering as of late.
Twitching her nearly translucent whiskers she stared at the slightly frosted stones, marveling at their beautiufl color and enjoying this time alone. Then feeling restless, and seeing as it was Forestwide piss of Winterpaw day, she decided to take her antics a step further. A sly grin crossed her face as she made a rash decision, her signature move.
Prancing across the Thunderclan border she headed to Snake rocks. It was easy getting there, no one watches that area very well, it was after all, a dangerous place. Except she knew that snakes don't come out in the cold so she wasn't worried. The rocks there were almost as nice as the ones at Sunningrocks too. When she came back that evening and Winterpaw scented this place on her, he would have a tizzy. Oh the fun, she thought to herself, before leaping up to sit on a tall rock, overlooking the surrounding area. "Summerstar," she whispered to herself, feeling little once again, when things were so much simpler, easier.
