It had been a long while since Honeywhisker and Nightfire and become mates, a wonderful and most pleasurable while...She had become slightly plumper, and it was hard to notice unless mentioned that she was pregnant. Honeywhisker was on her way to tell Nightfire the great news! What will he say when he finds out that I have kept it hidden for this long? she smiled. He will probably laugh in his cute way! I can't belive he hasn't noticed yet! She slowed her walk. Being pregnant had made her more tired and she had a feeling her kits would be expected soon. She would be a mother! And Night fire would be a father as well! Her heart skipped a beat when she saw him strut out of the warriors den. He smiled when he saw her and she purred happily in return. " Night fire, I have some exciting news--"
She was cut short as she suddenly ran out of breath. Her rounded eyes grew large with fear at the realization of what was happening. She collapsed and her side began heaving with effort.
Surly Nightfire would know now? Oh, Nightfire please help!

Nightfire heard Honeywhisker's beautiful voice. ["Night fire, I have some exciting news--"] Nightfire looked at her, purring. "Whats the news?" His eyes widened slowly as Honeywhisker collapsed. "Honeywhisker, are you okay?" he mewed worriedly. "SOMEONE GET THE MEDICINE CAT, QUICK!" he yowled. What was going on?

(If this is OK with you, Nightfire, I talked to Featherstar and she said that since our meddie may not be on for a while, we can just RP where I wake up and the kits are already born, is that ok? You could be there next to her when she awakens...?)

(Awww.... Sorreh! I will post it then!) Honeywhisker awoke in the nursery. She winced as the pain hit her. She had aterrible headache, but smiled as she saw her Nightfire sitting next to her. She purred loudly when her eyes settled on three small sracps of fur, all nestled against her side. She relaxed and began cleaning her kits with pride. The mewed in reply and she helped them settle in. This was worth every moment of pain. "Oh Nightfire! Aren't they beautfiul?" |

Honeywhisker was so excited that she wanted to announce it to the entire clan, but she kept quiet and just grinned. ((I guess our next post will be when the kittens are adopted? Well, just PM me!
