Firestorm looked at nightcloud, unable to speak. He noticed that whenever he was around her he was unable to speak, but that she was always there watching, and he liked that. He watched her as she left, her graceful pelt gleaming.... "Nightcloud...." he started, but then she was gone. 'Missed her again!' he though looking at the ground, but then he looked at Rosepaw, and smiled. "WELL" he mewed shrugging away his feeling, or at least trying too... "Ready to patrol the territory?"

Rosepaw smiled, "You like her don't you?" she mewed. Then suddenly a cold wind came through the Shadowclan Marshes. "Something is wrong Firestorm we should get back to camp!" she mewed worringly

Firestorm looked at his apprentice then scented the air. "You're right Rosepaw" he mewed to her and turned towards camp. "Something just.....feels wrong". Suddenly he thought about nightcloud. 'I HOPE SHE'S OKAY!!' he thought desperately. Then he thought about what Rosepaw had said... you like her don't you..... and at that moment, he realized yes he DID like her.... "Lets get back to camp!" he mewed suddenly and darted in that direction....
