Bristlekit was walking around the marsh bored. He thought he heard rustling in the bushes, but he ignored it. He sat down to rest a bit.

Angelspirit was walking into ShadowClan territory but she didn't care. She never really cared if she got in trouble. She stepped on the ground and her paw sunk in the ground. I hate this place! Why did I even come here? She looked up saw that the sun wasn't out. Since the sun isn't out, other cats won't be able to see me very well. She walked off to where a small bush was. Good.

Bristlekit was sure he heard rattling. He prounced into the bushes, hoping to nail what was in there. "GET OFF MY TERRITORY!" he yowled.

The kit hit Angelspirit but she hardly felt anything. She stayed in the bushes and said nothing. She looked at the kit. He's so small. How can he get out of camp? She thought of herself. Just like me.

The kit was small but he had sarp claws. Angelspirit couldn't help but yowl. "Yow!!!" She stood up. "Get off," she said, trying to sake him off.

"I heard from our elder that RiverClan would attack!" He snarled. "You're the only one I can smell though." Then he sighed... "I'll let you go. I'm a failure anyway..." He sighed.

"It's not bad if you tell me just a little," Angelspirit said in her sweet voice, brushing her tail on his face. She was oviously trying to get the kit to tell her some sercets. "You're not a failure," she said again. "It was never your fault. It was StarClan's," she said, seeing that she didn't believe in StarClan very much.

Angelspirit jumped out of the way. She sented something and jumped on it. It was a mouse. She swipped at it, killed it in a heartbeat, and took it over to where the kit was. "I'm sure you'll like a mouse right now?" she asked, dropping it in front of him. She needed the information so she said, "Once you tell me, you won't be a loser any more."
